Our adult volunteers get just as much out of Scouting as our young people do. As well as helping young people to enjoy the adventure of Scouting, you’ll also have fun, make friends, develop new skills and have unforgettable experiences.

We can also help you develop your current skills and learn new ones. Volunteering in Scouting can enhance your CV or simply allow you to pursue your interest in a specific hobby.

You don’t need to be Bear Grylls to join us. You don’t need to have been a Scout when you were younger. You don’t even need to know how to put up a tent.
We’d love any help you can offer, and a couple of specific vacancies are…

* Leaders in Beavers (6-8 year old) * Leaders in Cubs (8-10 year old)
* Leaders in Scouts (10-14 year old) * Scout Group Secretary

Whatever your skillset, lend a hand for as little or as much time as you can spare, and we promise you’ll get more out than you put in.

We provide the training. You show up, get stuck in, and make new memories for life.
